The Science
The science behind grounding
Grounding (also called earthing) is the practice of conducting the Earth's electrical surface charge into the human body through direct or conductive contact. Peer-reviewed research indicates that grounding can influence cortisol rhythms, sleep quality, inflammation, and autonomic balance.

What this does (and does not) mean
The research above suggests measurable physiological effects of grounding in specific study conditions. It does not claim that DriftSleep sheets cure, treat, or prevent any disease. DriftSleep is a wellness product, not a medical device. If you have a diagnosed condition, please consult a qualified clinician.
How DriftSleep is built
- Conductive silver-fiber weave for consistent skin contact
- Included grounding cord that plugs into the ground pin of a properly grounded outlet (or an outdoor grounding rod)
- Standard queen sizing so the sheet lies flat under your fitted sheet
