30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind every Drift Sleep product with our 30-Day Data Guarantee. If your sleep metrics don't improve within 30 nights of consistent use, we'll give you a full refund.

How it works:

  1. Use your Drift Sleep product for 30 consecutive nights.
  2. Track your sleep using any wearable device — Oura Ring, WHOOP, Apple Watch, Garmin, or any sleep tracker.
  3. If your HRV, deep sleep percentage, or resting heart rate does not improve over that period, contact us.
  4. We process your refund. No forms. No arguments. Your data is the judge.

Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging. Used products are eligible under the 30-Day Data Guarantee above.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable products are final sale.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@getdriftsleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond to every email within 24 hours on business days.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Under the 30-Day Data Guarantee, refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval — no return shipment required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Summary: You’ve got 30 days worry free return period. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll cover shipping and send you a replacement right away. If you simply change your mind, you can still return it — you’ll just cover the shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment within 7 business days once we’ve checked the item. Customer damaged or altered items can’t be returned.

Return Policy: 30 Days After Delivery

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must in its original condition, and free from any damage.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at support@drwater.store to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you have changed your mind, if you got a damaged product then we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.


Return Shipping Costs for damaged products

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@getdriftsleep.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Dr. Water will cover the return shipping cost.
  • A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Costs for changed their mind 

  • If the product is fine but the customer has changed their mind:
  • The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • We charge flat rate 15% product price as restocking fees if you simply want to return.

Return Shipping Costs for Product Not Received as Described:

  • If you receive a product that is materially different from what was described on our website, you must provide the exact specfication you found to be different and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, post which - it is assumed that the product is the same as advertised. We aim to provide the best possible experience and any misleading claims will be removed if there were any.

  • Return Required for Resolution:
    The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging before a refund or replacement can be processed.

  • Refund Processing:
    Refunds or replacements will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days if approved.

Refund Exclusions:

  • Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Rejected Refunds:

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions (e.g., used, missing parts, or damaged by the customer), the refund request will be denied. The customer will have the option to have the item shipped back at their expense.

Exchange Policy: 30 Days After Delivery

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply:

The customer is responsible for:

  • The return shipping cost for the original item.
  • The actual shipping cost for sending the new product.

Late Returns:

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Price Adjustment Policy

At Drift Sleep, we strive to offer competitive pricing and occasional promotional discounts throughout the year. Because our pricing may change during limited-time promotions, product launches, inventory clearances, and seasonal events, we maintain the following price adjustment policy.

Please review the terms below to understand how pricing changes may affect existing orders.

No Price Adjustments After Purchase

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, we are unable to adjust the purchase price of the order for any reason, including:

• Promotional discounts introduced after the purchase
• Limited-time sales events
• Holiday promotions
• Bundle pricing updates
• Flash sales or clearance pricing
• Price changes due to inventory adjustments

Prices for our products may change at any time without prior notice. The price paid at the time of checkout is considered the final purchase price for that order.

Promotional and Limited-Time Sales

From time to time, Dr. Water may offer temporary promotional pricing, including but not limited to:

• Holiday promotions
• Flash sales
• Seasonal discounts
• Inventory clearance events
• Bundle or multi-pack discounts

These promotional prices are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the promotion.

If a product goes on sale after an order has already been placed, we are unable to refund the price difference.

Orders Placed Before Promotions

Customers sometimes purchase a product and later notice that the price has changed during a promotion.

While we understand that this can be frustrating, Dr. Water does not provide price adjustments for previous purchases when promotional pricing becomes available later.

The pricing available at the time of purchase is considered final.

Price Differences Across Sales Channels

Dr. Water products may be sold through multiple channels, including:

• Our official website
• Amazon
• Walmart
• Authorized retail partners

Prices may differ between these platforms due to platform fees, promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, or retailer policies.

Because these channels operate independently, price differences between sales channels are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds.

Returns Made to Repurchase at a Lower Price

To maintain fairness for all customers and to prevent abuse of promotional pricing, returns made with the intent to repurchase the same item at a lower promotional price may be declined.

If a return request is approved under our standard return policy, the following conditions will still apply:

• The item must meet all return eligibility requirements
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective)
• Applicable restocking fees may apply
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

These conditions ensure that promotional pricing remains fair and sustainable for all customers.

Orders That Have Already Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment system or shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order in order to reprocess it at a different price.

Customers may still initiate a return in accordance with our return policy if eligible.

Coupon Codes and Promotional Discounts

Promotional codes, coupons, and limited-time offers must be applied during checkout in order to be valid.

We are unable to apply promotional codes retroactively after an order has been placed.

If a customer forgets to apply a promotional code during checkout, we unfortunately cannot add the discount to the completed order.

Pricing Errors

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing on our website, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

In the event of an obvious pricing error due to a technical issue, Dr. Water reserves the right to:

• Cancel the affected order
• Refund the full payment
• Offer the option to repurchase the item at the correct price
